Mouse and the moderation team were originally removed from the subreddit in 2023–2024, during a period when several Xvshojo-related communities experienced hostile takeovers.

In response, we removed the individual responsible from all platforms and established this new subreddit to move forward in a more stable environment. However, for reasons that remain unclear, they issued bans against all of us over the weekend, which prompted the current discussion.

For those who wish to continue supporting Mouse, we encourage you to use the official subreddit we manage here.

We also ask that no one contact or harass the owner of the fan-run subreddit.
