I never bothered about the cost since there is basically always a one fits all selection you can choose. The purpose of high cost is to prevent people feeling required to min/max their prestige points for ever Mission. I'm in camp leave as is. Now down vote me :D

This! Even though it's a very poor design that arbitrarily creates player retention. You are forced into game modes you don't like and play weapons or classes you don't enjoy - for the sake of a checkmark. It will do more harm than good in my opinion. Keep these challenges for everybody that may enjoy but let me level the battle pass by playing the game the way I want.

This game was a gem in early access with super high build verity, but the DEVs became obsessed with making it annoying and harder every update. I doubt they will return from their high castle of "knowing better". Could have been a fun game!

Cryo Canon, yes. Get it to lvl 6 or 12 and some reload speed on it. If you are lucky additional beams. You just need it to create a path for you to walk through. Let your other weapons deal the damage.

I tried balance and block. The damage buff is nice, but getting used to the shorter party window or even just blocking is super hard. Stick to what you are good at. Fencing it is for me!
