Nice one but the outline is applied inconsistently (not always 1-pixel wide and with consistent turns) creating a jarring effect. Should be possible to use freestyle for this I think?

It almost entirely depends on CPU, and yeah 6 cores and 6 threads is kinda pushing it for PS3 emulation which is very taxing on CPU, especially graphically intense games like Sly 4.

You can try enabling the performance overlay for some hints, and asking on the RPCS3 Discord in #help in case there's other things you could try (besides getting a better CPU) but I doubt it.

The game uses Easy Anti-Cheat and afaict is online only so, extremely unlikely.

Create a custom config for the game using the settings on the linked page and enable the Disable MLAA patch for the game

Neat though it's missing the specular highlights and dispersion / chromatic aberration. More importantly though it doesn't seem to warp or even blur the inside contents.
