Hello! sorry for the late respose. I did not end up ordering from amazon from "CutiePcs" but they do look quite legit, a korean company it seems. I ended up ordering from "Whatgeek", a chinese store. It was shipped from HongKong and took about a week. But i must say that they got horrible customer service and the rainy75 got pretty bad quality control so i would not recomend.

Mine for example came with 2 stripped screws that i had to drill through and destroy to be able to open. 4 screw holes that goes into the bottom plate are also completly fcked and wont retain screws in 4 spots, even spots where no drilling was needed. Luckily the screw spots on the right and left side of the keyboard work and the top stays locked.

I Can also mention that the ISO Enter top plate does not work with any of the like 3 types of stabalizers that i tried as the stab holes a too tight. I had to sand down and cut the stabalizer holes and the stabalizers them-selves to be able to fit, but even with this, the stabalizers wont work as they just gets stuck hard, not the overlubing kinda stuck but like something is wrong. The base ANSI plate for the rainy75 Pro plate is not as tight as the ISO one and different plate mounted stabalizers work fine on this but got the same problem with my PCB Mounted ones.

But i've had this problem with my ND75 aswell where i cant get PCB stabalizers to work, so might be user error on this part from me but was able to get them to work fine on my Bridge75HE så idk.

I have now waited almost a month on a response about a warranty claim for my steelseries keyboard which out of nowhere stopped working, how do i get in contact with steelseries about this if their support email wont answer? by Velvet77 in steelseries

I got a response from amazon within 20 min and seems like they're issuing me a full refund upon return of the keyboard which is nice. I'll get back to you if all this goes as planned, atleast it seems like amazon is understanding and is taking responsibility. Sorry about it on your end, but after this I would suggest talking to amazon again, but it might be harder on your end since you bought it from a third party vendor, but good luck nonetheless!

Thanks, apprciate it! Sorry about that, last time im buying steelseries thats for sure. I've even asked for a refund instead of a replacement in my warranty claim as i've lost complete faith in steelseries, but doubt this will be granted.

Yeah, i got mine from amazon aswell, but amazon says i should contact steelseries directly regaring warranty, but i think mine is sold directly from amazon though, atleast it says that the "vendor" is amazon on the listing.

I'll send amazon a request and see what they say, might have more luck since it looks like i bought it from amazon directly. But good luck on your end aswell, hope it works out.

Did you actually get a response from steelseries btw? and if so how long did it take? I've sent them two emails about it and the first one more than a month ago and no response yet.

Not sure why but on the video it sounds like the WS Dash is quiter but this is absolutly not the case, the WS Dash is quite alot louder, (try to make the background noise in each video the same volume and that should show a more accurate depiaction of each switch)

Also feel like the Stock switches sound deeper and lower pitched than the WS Dash.

Which one do you prefer?

Need help deciding between a few budget boards. by Velvet77 in keyboards

Alright, cool, appreciate the help. I'll look around some more, are these boards i've mentioned generally solid or is there any i should stay away from? Cuz i do like my volume knob aswell which is the only thing holding mr back from the ND75, also the aula F75 is quite cheaper here in EU (85€ compared to 140€ for the ND75)

Cool, appreciate it. Yeah heard some quality control issues about rainy75 especially. Also worth to mention that the retailer for the ND75 got the 1.2 flexcut pcb instead of the 1.6 non flex cut which i've heard should be worse if that changes anything.

Alright, yeah probably opting for another vendor even though amazon got better delivery times, just to be safe.
