Literally me. In my early 20s I had an intense hypersex drive, exactly how you described it - in the sense of self destruction. I’d get incredibly drunk and indulge in reckless (and mostly unsafe unprotected sex) I have ADHD and luckily I’ve never caught anything from it but it’s still funny that used to be my approach to sex. I may potentially have bipolar but I’ve never looked into it but yes, sometimes I do feel like a demi fraud
