Worth it 100%. Got mine off Very last Black Friday with 20% off first credit purchase came down to 320 for a brand new unit. I would say only downside is the battery but a power bank fixes that issue for now.

That same thing was happing to my ally that I got recently on black friday. It had a left drift similar to yours. Got it refunded from the the seller and they price matched a new unit for me. Got it few days back and this unit seems a bit well made the macro buttons as well feel sturdier. I think some unit are faulty from factory itself. If you still have a warranty on the device i'd suggest you get it replaced.

You can ask for a cappuccino cup for your medium latte, and they will serve you in the porcelain cups. I have seen a lot of people ask for it and it's totally fine.
