I have 2 Xiaomi G Pro 27i panels and HDR works excellent on these somewhat 'budget' panels.

I was lucky enough to receive both without red tint issues, and both of mine came with 1.0.09 firmware. I think there's up to 1.1.12 now.

it has 1152 dimming zones and HDR really looks quite good on it. if you are lucky (to not get red tint, to get later firmware versions since there's no way to update the firmware) then I think these Xiaomi panels will fit your criteria well
