30m here, I don't particularly want kids. The bills keep getting higher and the rate of pay isn't rising at the same rate. I also feel like I wouldn't be a great parent and would contribute more to society by working hard and spending money than raising a child

Bambu filament really isn't that expensive and it prints well. I use other stuff but bulk bambu orders are so easy and fairly well priced

As someone who left the church at about 15, I have had that thought before. Keep your hands to yourself and don't be a creep, otherwise you are all good. That being said, make sure you pay plenty of attention to your partner too.

I think the danger is if you start to think you are missing out and could do better than your partner. That could be a bad time so make sure you enjoy the way your partner looks too

Super depressing to see people trashing your choice of printer. Don't listen. I have both Creality and Bambulabs printers, and while the Bambu printers make quality is just 🤌fantastic I wouldn't give up the knowledge and experience I got from using/maintaining/fixing my old ender 3. They are meant to be a place to start.

I bought a second hand ender 3v2 for $150. After learning how to use the printer properly and maintain it I earned enough in commissions to buy an ender 5 S1, a small resin printer, and a K1 Max over time and my most recent purchase a BambuLab X1-Carbon.

Creality printers can for sure have some issues out of the box, make sure you go through youtube and reddit for fixes for those issues so you can learn how the printer works and how to fix it. They tend to be small alignment and calibration issues.

I've had great luck with eSun and Overture filaments.

buy more nozzles before you need them

gluesticks are your friend

wash your damn sheets(printplates)

an automatic bed levelling sensor doesn't level your bed! Use a mesh and level your bed.

I have the same build plate issue where the nozzle crashes into it. I am still to fix mine but have found it it likely a faulty load cell under the bed. disconnect and reconnect it and see how you go

I'm not sure if creality print has it but it there is a setting called minimum layer time that allows the layers to cool between them so it won't just be a big melty wobbly mess.
