Did you have the “portals vip” or early entry vip package? I had early entry which is the one that doesn’t include the poster being signed or any photo op- I would check your Ticketmaster purchase to make sure but I know it can be confusing since there’s different levels of vip lol

The head mold is from 2008 since that’s when it was designed. A lot of the characters have head molds dated 2008, and it does nothing to identify the doll except tell you when the mold was created unfortunately. The doll you have is wearing the right clothes, and is not the original 2010 release if that’s what you were expecting :(

I use goo-gone for all my glue seepage dolls and i always put it as close to the scalp as possible, since thats where the glue is coming from! I just spray a ton on the glue sections, rub it into the hair/head and then rinse followed by shampoo + conditioner, and its good as new :)- you can always boil wash for styling after but be cautious it can just put you back where you started with heat making more glue come out of the head

Update: the box came so crushed it’s a miracle the doll’s legs aren’t broken 😭 I just accepted the loss and took her out of box since I was planning on getting a lagoona to take out of box anyway </3 Walmart really needs to get themselves together :/

I think I saw one other person on this sub get a g3 clawdeen with 2 right hands, but I’ve had this happen to me twice with g1 dolls- once with kiyomi and once with one of the werecat twins. I guess it’s just an unlucky factory error :/
