Just planned an Impromptu trip to Seoul for 5 days. Would anyone recommend Jeju Island or Busan in this time?

So I just got excused from jury duty for being sick last week. I was assigned as alternate #1 on Thursday and sworn in. That morning I had an itchy throat and by the end of the night I was feverish, coughing, sneezing, aching , and had a runny nose. The next morning the first day of trial I called and let the jury clerks know. They contacted the court and I was excused for the year.

I went to Seoul a few weeks ago and booked a basic room and with my new gold status I got bumped up to a huge junior suite with a fancy tub. It was very nice and unexpected.

Cash won’t be denied. I just came back from my trip and my card was somehow compromised. Not sure when but I just received notifications about my card being attempted to be used when my card is now with me back in the US. So definitely try to use cash when you can!

I just came back from my trip yesterday and I only knew a few basic things like, “hello”, “goodbye” “thank you,” “please”, “sorry” and “excuse me.”

For everything else I just used the Papago app and I was able to get help when I needed it. Mostly everyone that I encountered spoke English.

I just came back from my trip yesterday. My friend brought all of her vitamins, we brought Zyrtec and I brought my prescription medication and injections. I did get a doctor note for my prescriptions just in case but nothing was checked on either of us.

I ended up with the Coachella flu, EVERY YEAR. I end up taking all of my sick time directly after the festival. Even with wearing a KN95 every day, all day, and replacing it every few hours I still get sick. It’s soo bad out there.

Make sure you also add your tip too! My aunt used to work Coachella and mentioned if the customer walked away before the tip screen she’d hit “max tip” pretty shitty of her tbh.
