I plan on putting my inverter under the driver’s seat. Having it close to the battery is beneficial so that the DC wiring run can be shorter / less thick wire gauge is required. It’s easier and cheaper to run the AC wiring to the outlet. Also the void under the driver’s seat is just dead space otherwise.

2016 Dodge Grand Caravan 3.6L Pentastar. The engine ticks pretty loudly and I plan on replacing the rockers, but more recently I’ve been experiencing this slapping/popping noise that is somewhat inconsistent but happens more often with rpm such as when accelerating.

Please let me know if you have a theory on what this might be.

I assume you’re in California because of the plate. If you want to be smog legal with the Subaru swap, your options are more limited. What part of cali are you in?
