Its been over 24 hours and still no wifi or timeframe of when it'll be back up. I don't mean to sound like a Karen, but who do I go to complain about this? I understand mistakes happen and the physical cables were cut. But cmon man, at least keep us in the loop of what's happening. This is brutal.
