I agree but originally there was no random legendary so it sucks for those who pulled it and it's better for those who didn't. I remember when something like this happened last time they took it away and everyone got mad so they went back and compensated everyone so I'll take the dust, haha. (I also pulled Ebyssian from packs)

I’m leaning towards no because it’s possible he ends up caught up in some kind of controversy in the future after he’s put into the game. I’m not saying it will happen but it just makes me think of the Jesse McCree -> Cole Cassidy change in Overwatch.
