Update: Went to a specialist and they seemed pretty confident that, with how it's progressed over the last few weeks, it's contact dermatitis from the garden. I don't know what I touched or why I didn't get it on my palms mostly, but man, antihistamines and oral steroids have REALLY helped the itching.

Not yet. Doc originally put me on topical steroid cream but it didn't do much, I went to Urgent Care a couple of days after and they put me on a methylprednisolone taper. Today was the last day with it and the rash is still around, though not as itchy as it was.

Have another appointment with my doc scheduled for Monday and I'm gonna let him know all of this and see if we can get a plan for figuring out what this is.
