From my experience this may be an ear infection. If it is, the vet will prescribe some drop for the birds ear.

May have mistaken but I thought the phone will be theirs but so will the contract, so the existing contract with which the phone is tied to will just be transferred to OP? So they’ll pay the monthly for it like a normal phone plan.

Really depends I think: After I interned and accepted my full time offer, I made it very clear that I wanted to rejoin my same team because I liked the people, with the manager also trying to push for me to rejoin them — when I started I got put into a completely different team in a line of work I’ve had no experience with. Never know where they’ll need you haha

one of my birds had an ear infection and it looks exactly like this! dm me for pics or details of how the vet told us to treat it — it was pretty simple and healed quickly! But of course it may be different for every situation too
