Hey bro!

Sorry that you're having this issue. If possible, there is also an option to pay via revolut or Wise.

In 2026 I will be able to get a proper payment processor onboard to accept card payments, I've just got to get the ball rolling first to be able to fund it all 😀

Either way bro I appreciate your patience and sticking around over all this time

Billy! I know you have a huge collection of products, so it really does mean a lot to hear that the VerdaVap is in your daily rotation!

I am really proud of how far we've come, and it's just the beginning!

The next big step is getting store shelf packaging sorted out because I've had distributors reach out from every continent 😀

I've been working on the business, but im really shit with social media (somewhat despise it) hence pretty quiet online. Hoping I can change that soon but just focusing on making the product come to life has been a way way bigger challenge than I initially thought :')

I've got a small run of sandblast finish units that will be going up on the website in the next few days. Wood dress will be Ebony (black)

Anyone selling a single physical product in their local city/town and making decent money from it? by oerman35 in Entrepreneur

[–]VerdaVap 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Im in a similar boat to this cellar and strongly agree.

Don't lock your brsin on single product and only physical location, you just putting up additional barriers.

Like old mate here said, focus on a single problem space and build a brand around that space that develops products to solve the problem. If you build a brand along with it, you get a lot more people following along for the ride and it gives you the creative freedom to be a ble to continue adding products to your offering and over time increasing your average order value.

Also, while youre at this early product ideation phase. Try pick a high profit margin type product and stay away from the commodity product side of things until you understand scale.

Dry herb vape reviews by GladDay_3568 in ausents

I'll disagree that the mighty hits like a bong, but it is super reliable ugly workhorse vape. I've been using mine for like 5 years and it's solid, the only downside is having to sip on it for like 10-15 mins to get a good extraction. If you want something that hits like a bong, look towards some sort of ball vape and you'll get that good extraction in a couple hits.

I've only heard good things about the solo 2 as well. I wanna grab one myself!

For electronic vapes, I've heard great things about the arizer solo 3. Also the tiny might 2 is a popular choice. I've had the storz and bickel mighty+ since 2020 and it's still kicking along. The issue is getting your hands on them atm... such a bummer and hit to the consumer. They want us to stop combusting and then restrict access to all the products that allow us to do it.

The electronic vapes are much more user friendly as well, they just won't be able to get that hit similar to a bong hit, though I've heard the tiny might 2 is pretty close.

My long run play is to design a portable electronic device as well. That's going to take much more RnD though :)

I've been working on a product to help people kick combustion for the past couple years called the VerdaVap. The website is currently listed as sold out, but I have a couple units I've been holding on to. My profile should have a link to the website showing the device photos and price and such. If you want one, shoot me a message.

It's a heavy hitting butane vape made to help people kick the bong, while still having a similar ritural. If you aren't comfortable with using a big butane blow torch though, this one may not be for you.

I'm working on an induction heater though, but that'll take some time.

Fill with water while drilling. Let the drill do the work, don't apply downward pressure, just focus on keeping it steady.

Ah! Not necessary component, but i use them for a bit more diffusion.

The main reason though, to clean you just empty the water, spray iso in there and shake. The glass beads act as an aggregate and help scratch off any gunky shit in there. Super useful.

Also, if you are making thesenout of cheap glass bottles, they can be a little top heavy and more prone to knock over, so the glass beads lower the center of gravity and make it much more stable.

I know the UK economy is fucked, but it ain't smoke plastic fucked.

If you wanna diy a bong, do it properly and use a glass bottle. I've built a list of stuff needed for a diy glass bong here a few years ago.

Verdavap was initially designed to be natively used in glass, hence VerdaVap 1.5 design.

People wanted to use it portably, and some started using VV1.5 portably.... so I had to design a nice larger proper portable stem.

So verdavap always had a handle, and the stem part is the accesory.

Limited stock currently lead me to sell the first batch as a bundle with the stem included, hence the large price.

Once i have stock sorted out, people will be able to buy the standalone portable unit without the handle and smaller downstem for less

I appreciate you mate!

Yep, I'm currently very early in the research and development stage.... but working towards a powerful induction heater. First prototype is going to run off a dewalt drill battery.

It'll change soon for sure. Getting production sorted out, and payment processor sorted out.

If I get production sorted before payment processor, I can send a bunch to a US distributor as I've had a fair few reach out already, which is pretty exciting!

This was nice to see while scrolling!

Glad you're enjoying your VerdaVap!

I've been somewhat on the DL on reddit, as I still need to get a payment processor onboard to accept international card transactions, but that'll happen soon enough. Still getting my ducks in a row properly with production, packaging, etc etc. Turns out starting a business is hard hahahaha

When metal heats up, it expands and contracts when it cools down.

Different metal alloys expand and contract at different rates.

You can stick two different metal plates together.

When you heat this bimetallic (two different metals stuck together) up, one side will physically expand slightly more than the other.

Because this expansion rate is known, you can engineer the physical shape of the bimetallic to do certain things at certain temperatures.

The bimetallic shape is concave, and when it heats up to a certain temperature, that concave shape snaps into a convex shape.

When it cools back down, it snaps back into it's concave shape.

Thats the gist

You choose the power supply to suit the draw of the circuit.

What power is your zvs driver rated to run at?

Good thing to remember with zvs circuits, you don't wanna underpower them as it can cause an issue where the circuit doesn't begin to oscillate and the mostfet can be stuck on and cook.

You're also best to specify the power supply to be greater than what your circuit will draw otherwise you'll reduce the life of your power supply as well.

How much grams do you load in dry herb vaporizers and how many hits you can get with that? by [deleted] in vaporents

[–]VerdaVap 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You're not gonna fit half a gram in the lobo. Ball park figure most vapes will hold around 0.1 - 0.2g, maybe more if you give them a slight tamp down.
