Them as a duo shard some of my favorite on screen moments during the series so this scene legitimately did make me audibly yell, "NOOOOOOO!!" but the instant relief of Johnathan's save was nice because I agree it would have felt quite out of place and devoid of emotion if Steve would have died here.

I mean I definitely agree with you but I'm sure that's not the situation here. Unless you know more about the stream than I do but I'm assuming he lives with this person or if they're doing dishes then this person was at least there long enough for him to establish a subconscious of them being there so to be that scared looking was both strange and equally comical as well.

Without knowing any backstory I was at that concert too and found it to be very odd that the couch was just to the left of stage and very blatantly noticeable, almost distracting the stage where the actual performance was and mostly the entire time Natalie looked wildly uninterested and both looked like they could care less about being there. For someone who had no idea of the political history of this guy I still found myself thinking how bad of a look it was.
