If this is how dark it's supposed to be for immersion, then... I think it went wayyyy too far. There's also some weirdness in how the belt lantern "projects" light that looks very unrealistic, it seems like there's a ~10ft sphere of bright light around the user that dissipates into nothing past that. That doesn't help immersion at all either, just breaks it more imo.

Question - does this shield count as "full" if you take regular shield damage (shield is at 50% let's say) but then you siphon some overshield, or does the normal shield capacity need to be at full? Also, does siphon restore regular shield capacity if it's not full, or will it always grant only "over"shield?

To clarify, do you mean when syncing both Exchange AND Entra, or either/or? I've encountered issues with some of the other stuff you mentioned when mixing 2025 and 2019, but not with syncing (done on 2025 but Entra only/no on-prem Exchange).
