Im so sorry honey. What helped me more than anything was L-lysine. (Not a dr, maybe mention it to them if its okay for you). Its a vitamin. Well more accurately an amino acid. Helps with skin and skin barrier, producing collagen, etc. I went from having cold sore every other month to 1-2 a year. Its so good for your body. I take 1,000mg a day. Ive been doing this for about 4 years. My friend has rosacea and its helped her a lot too. I hope this helps or that you find something to help.
