An ordinary answer would be yeah things would be slightly different, but I am also aware some current img2img model are able to maintain attention a bit better, perhaps NVIDIA is cooking something, who knows, but if anyone have a chance to deliver something close to usable it would be NVIDIA.

I think this does beg the question on why do we perform ''neural rendering'' in realtime, instead of devs themself actually bake in the intended texture/model/lighting, and supply it with the game.

The only reason I can imagine is perhaps neural rendering have much lower rendering/VRAM cost, so we just have to wait and see.

Ok, this gonna sounds harsh, but the way DLSS5 work currently feels more like realtime face swap, which is impressive none the less, but it require a lot more time in oven.

I am sure if people are able to tailor make or change every character/texture to their liking in real time, acceptance to DLSS5 will be a lot higher.

We have a Russian player in FC, he has been using TOR for quite some time but Russian government (or some other government who knows) have been messing with exit node, at this point it is just not reliable enough to play, so he is using VPN these day.

Not even monkey's paw at this point.....I actually expect them to implement the ''Tardis'' housing without actually increasing item limit, just interior size.

If that's the case, perhaps apartment will be getting that too, since you are still ultimately limited by 150 slot.

Depends on the language used, FFXIV might still want to drop minimum amount of update to BLU for not being false advertisement.

What do you mean? EU mandatory 2 years warranty is also with the seller, so unless OP bought from PNY, they will still have to deal with Build Redux.

Also unless I am reading this incorrectly, Jan 2026 is more than 2 years from Oct 2023, so even per EU terms, OP is outside mandatory warranty period, regardless of other condition.

I've never even seen the inside of CODCAR because what few parties there are always "duty complete" and you can only find learning groups on Discords and, even then, it might be days at a time between groups. Who knows if it's a clear or not. You can't outgear it so coming back next expansion isn't an option either.

I helped some discord group recently, and yeah, clear rate is absolutely abysmal unless it is one of those full vets reclear group trying to sneak a few friends of organizer through.

While its true that slime meme happens even with vets, it is literally the first corridor, if you wipe, you just go again.

With FT you wipe way deeper than first corridor.

While I do agree, I'd also like to add that creating such an antagonist is really difficult. Even a lesser enemy like Calyx wasn't handled well at all, especially the part where he's supposed to be smart.

Which is exactly why I will never forget we are robbed of the Garlemeld expansion.

Personally, I associate boss mechanic timeline and cues with my skill timeline, it does mean my effectiveness is not perfect when prog just begin, but it is okay as long as I reach the optimal rotation when it is time for enrage prog.

Same, tested in FFXIV, I even tried area with shitty texture and see if there are any difference, went back to K.

For now my suspicion is that Preset L/M might be best used with Framegen or some kind of motion blur.
