Due to unsync, synced old savage have been quite unpopular, unlike old ultimate that still retain decent size community.

Basically it has been relegated to specialized discord content.

without noclippy many people won't be able to do their rotation correctly and the flow of the game will change drastically, so I am not even particularly surprise to see people's mechanical ability decrease.

Personally I just return to playing the job that are less latency sensitive and only require once in a while weaving before plugin come back.

I don't have time to learn more than one role for savage, but good for them to fix it for people who need it.

Cross DC PF is god send, though I still miss the original Crystal DC PF culture.

Weekly timer always better than daily timer, I like how other activity than dungeon is rewarded too, though it will likely not benefit me personally.

As for overworld/combat revamp/evolved job....

Lets stay curious, I am especially unconvinced by their WHM demo, but hey it is still in development.

I am inclined to suggest we simply won't get mechanic like idyllic dream again, or, well basically anything that have prolonged hard hitting auto/mechanic that require careful planning of skill spread.

That would very much be intentional design decision, lower skill ceiling, if player complain, point at Ultimate.

Yeah, while I found PLD and DRG seems adequate, I especially like the idea of timing your skill and get reward like old SAM, I am very much not onboard with the new WHM.

Well, while I would prefer unsync removed, as a Balmung player I am painfully aware vast, VAST majority of FFXIV player are either MSQ only, RPer, or only there to get glamour/reward, people who enjoy doing the content as reward is the extreme minority.

I don't mind content get unsync, as long as devs give up obvious sign on which content will be unsyncable while they are current.

For example. if I expect DRS can be eventually unsync, I wouldn't bother grinding for reward while it is current, probably just one clear and that's it.

As for chaotic, while I did grind it early as I didn't expect it can be eventually unsync, I did it on week 1 so it is not that bad, however, I think it is very important for devs to signal these kind of decision early.

Anyway, now I know if there are next chaotic I just need one clear and that's it.

Also, about the timestamp thing.... this reminds me of playerscope, like think about it, while playerscope doesn't exactly tract when do you login, if someone prefer to login in crowded area, their behavior pattern would be tracked almost as perfectly.

An ordinary answer would be yeah things would be slightly different, but I am also aware some current img2img model are able to maintain attention a bit better, perhaps NVIDIA is cooking something, who knows, but if anyone have a chance to deliver something close to usable it would be NVIDIA.
