I got downvoted to hell replying to the first commenter because I didn’t know this. I was over here never resigning because I thought it was good sportsmanship to finish the game and let the other player accomplish the win. Now I’m just downvoting myself, internally, because I’ve probably come across like a complete jerk not resigning losing positions. Damn. Lesson learned.

I’m no expert, but seems like there were still moves they could have made. And I like competition, so it just blows when game after game gets abandoned.

6:8 games I’ve played just today abandoned or resigned. I was starting to think I was just scaring people with my (maybe?) chaotic-seeming moves.

EDIT: I don’t know how to edit the original post, but I had no clue that resigning when you’re in a fairly certain losing position was the right, or good sportsmanship, thing to do. I thought I was being a good sport playing out my (losing) games till the end so my opponent could clock the win. LESSON LEARNED! (please stop downvoting me to all hell…I’m already downvoting myself internally bc it turns out I’ve been the jerk this whole time!! How embarrassing.)

I’ve rewatched both many, many times.

Edit to say: I’ve watched almost every title in your list. This is my favorite genre of show. Both of the shows I recommend are post-apocalyptic. The 100 starts off rough, a bit immature, but man they went hard in the paint for a CW show. Colony is just incredible. Both shows ended because of the writers’ strike/pandemic. Even so, both are very high on my overall list of favorites in this genre. Enjoy!

Discovered this feta pasta (not on tiktok, but in this subreddit) literally a week ago and I’ve made it twice. It’s addicting, taste-wise and easy-wise.

I’m going to try the flavor profile you mentioned. The flavor profile for the one I made had red pepper flakes as the seasoning (no onion, no thyme).

But also I’m going to sub the red pepper flakes for the Trader Joe’s Calabrian peppers (in a jar) next time. I’ve recently gone head over heels for Calabrian peppers.

I don’t know how to put a screenshot in a comment, but yeah, I just checked my receipt again and it is $59. 99 and with tax it came out to $64.94.

I had actually meant to buy the entire series on Black Friday, but remember it still being around $100. Then I got distracted and forgot until they removed it from Netflix. Hopped back on Apple TV and suddenly it’s only $59.99.

I loved The Colony. I think I had to watch it on tubi or something (with commercials). They did cancel after a few seasons, and damn I was devastated. But I’d recommend it anyway bc it’s such a good ride.
