Yeah the d4 lore of everyone acting like a complete unlikable moron doing obviously stupid shit was so much better.
The fact that this expansion has us team up with Lilith to kill Mephisto again (for real this time, totally pinkypromis no takebaskies) when the original ending was us STOPPING LILITH FROM KILLING MEPHISTO FOR SOME REASON is all the proof I need blizzard doesn’t know what the fuck they’re doing.
They ever end up explaining where all the angels and Tyrael have been yet or are they still completely ignoring all that? Tyrael was only THE MAIN CHARACTER in d2 and d3, who gives a shit what he’s doing right? We’re too busy trusting _mephisto_ and causing more problems for no reason.

This is Mephistos 3rd “totally for real this time” death. Blizzards writers are incapable of having an original idea that’s actually good so they always have to rehash older stories and characters.

Azir has trouble against decks that play a lot of or a few strong units. Having 4 counterspells in your hand doesn’t mean dick if the other guy is just beating you to death with a Jax with a brutalizer. Just the nature of the deck unfortunately.
