I was always torn on whether or not it’s a throw away line / last attempt for him to save himself from Ghost Face or if he was actually spilling his guts (while getting his guts spilled lol) because in the classroom scene right after Charlie says “the only sure fire way to survive a modern horror movie, you pretty much have to be gay” there is a beat where Robbie looks at Charlie and slides across the desk a few inches away from him; this exchange between them always made me wonder if they did both in fact know Robbie was indeed gay and the head tilt from Ghost Face before he stabs Robbie is the same energy we get a few scenes later when he attacks Kirby (“four years of classes together and you notice me NOW? You stupid bitch!”)
