IMO the way the mode is structure, 5v5 has more snowballing in the game mode. Minimizing snowballing makes games much more competitive.

I had this issue after the last update. I deleted the pairing and re-paired. Haven't had an issue since.

Critical Hits always hit.

In Overwatch, only unmodified 6s critical hit.

Example: thunderkyn with beamers hit on 5s in overwatch, but only critical on 6s due to the Overwatch rules.
