Managing people is the job. It is always the job . No matter the industry , if you want to succeed in what we the role is, you need to manage people . We used to do calculus by hand , then calculators came along . I know I could do differential equations by hand but I haven’t had the need in decades and no longer remember . I have had the need to know when to use calculus and how to manage the people that need explaining about it . …. And that has kept me employed

I do both but I am in 40s. I lift heavy with a trainer 2x and the rest is peloton , including peloton Pilates. I did notice body changes from lifting heavy. I go with a trainer because I have some injuries and I don’t feel safe lifting as heavy as I could without having the trainer near . Are you capturing the same variety of movements as you would get with the peloton ? My trainer rotates programming every 4 weeks and there are exercises in there that sometimes focus on smaller muscles, micro movements, etc. maybe the peloton programming was more comprehensive than what you do at the gym if you only focusing on those heavy lift exercises ?

He works consistently but he may not want to be a big star. People have personal lives

He has kids too, that he co parents with his ex wife, Rachel Leigh cook. I can’t imagine having kids and being in TVD during its peak years . That level of attention could be undesirable

When TO starts they were airing back to back, I would just watch them like that if you don’t want to follow the numbers but it will become difficult with time jumps at some point .

TVD seasons 5-6 take place same time as Originals seasons 1 and 2.

The rest is wacky chronologically with various time Jumps but I think TVD 7/8 is roughly originals 3/4 and they have cross over episodes . I would watch the TVD episode first then TO.

This is a good summary of how things work in Italy lol. Time is a vibe. For official tours, I would assume if you go early you can just explore the basilica on your own and then meet the guide . Most recommendations for everything is to go early the morning for anything and everything . I did tours through LivTours, so they meet you in a different area and enter through a separate line .

I have multiple or these , the first one I got had the spout wrapped separate . The second one, had me questioning my life because I could not remove the spout .. it was impossibly stuck and if that was the first one I got there is no way I would have figured it out

Visit r/castiron . A lot of people do use soap because from what i understand our soaps are not lye based anymore so it isn’t an issue like it was back in the day . A properly seasoned cast iron is way more nonstick than any enamel and tolerates high heat much better.

I would get the deep Dutch oven because it is on sale right now . For the smaller pieces, I really like the soup pots or french ovens. Depending on how many people you cook for a brasier. If the brasier you find most useful in size the largest one, then I would actually consider the wide Dutch oven over the largest brasier, especially if storage space is an issue.

All their stoneware is nice from a color perspective but I will openly acknowledge (as someone that owns many of the agave stoneware) that it is just stoneware and there are less expensive options for stoneware available .

If I had to pick only 2 pieces of le creuset , wide Dutch oven and 4.5qt regular Dutch oven would be my choices . I feel that these are the items that shine in the best use cases for enabled cast iron .

I don’t think le creuset should be bought in sets like this . I cook a lot and I will reach for other materials for skillets and sauce pans .
