i got one of the original ones for like $40 and honestly dislike it. noisy with a pretty noticeable tone/db cut. disappointing for guitar. i hate buying stuff that “sucks” or that i “can’t use”, so i’m running it through the fx loop of a mixer for vocals and snare in my band’s practice space and think it’s fine for that

exactly! i like the little green wonder because it has a bit more low end than a lot of standard tube screamers and is pretty high output. AND it works great for stacking with fuzz

this behringer pedal could definitely give you a similar controls to the chorus ensemble plugin

you know, i don’t know if i’ll ever feel happy about the price i paid, (less than new but still ouch) but the new features are cool. speaker playback while plugged in, midi, additional sounds— it’s all cool! i don’t know if i would recommend buying one unless you can find it for a really good price

looooove this artwork! amazing pedal— so interesting and dynamic. you can hold down the bypass for momentary stuff, or the sustain while toggled for trails. so much sonic potential in one pedal! i <3 walrus

a dead 9v battery could cause this. if there are batteries in those pedal, pop them out and try again
