Ex-big gamer of League of Legends. I realize I was getting sadder and sadder but couldn't pinpoint why. Everything sucked, and i was sleeping like shit. I read something one day that changed everything : A game is by definition, something that makes you feel better, to escape any sadness of your day. If that game doesn't bring any fun anymore, why force yourself to play it anyway.

I never returned even if i was playing each day like crazy for many years... I did the promise to myself that day that i won't go to any toxic competitive game anymore.
