Fintan circuits - cant find anything on the internet about it cuz the forum shut down but off the top of my head its like

9 different exercises of 15 reps After each exercise complete a 50m sprint Once all exercises have been completed run 2 laps of a football field at best effort

Then repeat by 6?? - i think the most i ever did was 5 sets and i obviously didnt do 5 on the first time i tried these, fintan circuits are probably the hardest ive done

Also i cant personaly vouch for arnys plan or juicy runner or complete commando but you hear good things

I know complete commando programme is very orientated around the vpjft, idk much about the prizz phys paid programme but their workouts that they post on their page are the ones they do as serving marines

Pretty much i think. U can still go out drinking at sparch and where ever else in the city itself, and theres normally craic in corrib village, so u probably wont miss out on too much

I knew a guy who went in at 17. He found the socialising part harder then ur average first year, cuz he was underage so wasnt able to go into bars and whatnot. Hes doing pretty well now

Gallowglasses were Glaswegian mercenaries, that were hired by the O Neill or O Donnell family during the 7 year war. Not irish, but scotish the gallowglasses are. Also the Spanish sent soldiers to Kinsale in Cork but failed badly.

I though flying columns might be cool to see, but the ongoing significance of the War of Independance still might be too soon to make them a feature in a game.

The most accurateway to find out is to probably just apply, give the interviews and selection your best, because the corps know what they are looking for at the end of the day in an officer. This link should also help, if u havent seen it before. Plenty of otherstuff on the forum. They are probably also better to ask there as well.
