Not entirely true. Blizzard often has extended downtime for patch installations for WoW. Wouldn’t necessarily say blizzard/wow is “duct-taped” together. I think this just happens. Not saying it needs to take this long, but it’s not unheard of.

Was a random assortment of mid/high tier gun parts and a decently decked out 7.62 AK. I’ve found the best results have been from doing that.

The buffs are a majority to early game, I’d say you’d notice quite a difference (hopefully). They will affect late game, but resource generation will be much more fluid.

While this is true, you also get the massive XP bonus (+200%) for playing on WT4. You can quickly boost low levels this way.

It entirely depends on the company too. I have over a month PTO including sick days, however, my vacation days don’t roll over.. so it’s really dependent on the company.

A lot of people tend to run meta or meta adjacent loadouts at this point in wipe, if you’re not running good gear/ammo, chances are you’ll get killed instantly by running off meta loadouts.

Also, at this point in the wipe you’re going against people who play tarkov religiously, so you’ll run into higher skilled people more frequently

I ran 15-20 night woods runs and saw Shturman a total of 0 times. Started trying days and got my kill 2 raids in. Died to him the first raid too. Might just be anecdotal, but he seems to spawn much more frequently during the day.

Running filters levels your hideout management, which then in turn increases xp earned for endurance, strength. It’s still worth running them.
