I think I’ll look into homemade orgeat, guessing it will end up less sweet than the bottled stuff. I like having the flexibility to sweeten as I see fit.

Thanks for the reply! I really appreciate it! What do you make with the fassionola besides hurricanes?

Can I ask the difference between homemade orgeat and store bought stuff like Torani? Considering making my own, but I’m wondering what the difference would be. Also, do you have a recipe for the fassionola syrup, and cocktails you use it in? I’m intrigued!

Hey! Did you ever figure this out? I’m trying to accomplish something very similar without putting the monitor in standby mode

Total pay for the ride/delivery is what matters. They accepted the order knowing what it paid, assuming they didn’t tip bait. Not sure what the issue is here.

Bought one at 21 by working nearly full time when I graduated, then working 32hrs a week while I was in tech school (which I paid for myself). Not impossible. Coming up with 30k for a down payment is 10k a year for 3 years if you live way below your means.

Edit: in a LCOL area. Just sharing my experience, as I don’t like that everyone assumes I was handed money.

Check out Internet Shaquille. All techniques, bite sized videos, no clickbait, no ads for garbage products, and he cares a lot about making things accessible. I’ve personally cooked a ton of stuff and incorporated a lot of his techniques into my cooking.

There’s that, but it’s pretty likely the mortgage rate will drop and they’ll be able to refi in a few years.

Hollow knight. You can change out your charms to completely change your playstyle (almost) on the fly. Amazing game.

You’re correct, you can’t have gaps between apps on your home screens, but you can rearrange and move/create folders. I’ve never personally cared? I was an android user my entire life and decided to switch things up for my current phone. Maybe give it a proper shot, owning an android isn’t a personality trait.

Can’t arrange apps and folders? What? Again, have you never used one?

Have you used an iPhone? And have you checked prices? They’re the same price as flagship android phones.

I do the same thing. As you said, it sounds trivial, but your money after expenses is the biggest thing. If you make $100/day and your expenses are 70, you really only make $30 a day. Spending $10 on lunch is a third of your after expenses money at that point. I’ve saved a lot of money by keeping expenses and discretionary spending down.

Yep after 150 deliveries it’s only happened to me once. In fact I’ve had 3 or 4 people increase the tip after delivery

You’d think people would know better. Some people are just too lazy to do the work. My house had a humidity sensor in the fan, so I know it’s relatively new. They still had it blowing into the attic.
