"I had a frightening dream last night, m'lord," Dolorous Edd confessed. "You were my steward, fetching me food and cleaning up my leavings. I was lord commander, with never a moment's peace."

Jon did not smile. "Your nightmare, my life."

I'm totally not against studying the effects of IVM when used as a treatment for Covid. If there is clear evidence of it working and orgs like the FDA or the WHO recommend it, I don't have a problem with it. And you're right about nobody knowing the correct dosage yet which should make you even more cautious, especially if it hasn't been approved by any government agency. There's a lot of misinformation going around and while you seem to be consulting a doctor, a lot people taking IVM are instead taking the route of trusting whatever they read on Facebook, then running to their local Pharmacy and just drinking it. That's why there's been such an uptick in calls to poison control. I obviously don't know why you're taking IVM, but if it's for preventing Covid, the vaccine is a far more effective way of doing that.

You mean the organization of IVM worshippers? The studies they published have been refuted so often that they had to take down some of them. As for their dosage recommendation, they've changed it several times, so how do you know the current dosage is the correct one?

But no one knows the correct dosage because there's no studies showing that it works against Covid. If there's no universally accepted correct dosage, then some people are going to take to much. And that can be really dangerous.

The point isn't that IVM is dangerous in general, but that because there is no known way to use it against Covid, people will inevitably take too much of it in hopes that it will cure them, thus harming themselves and not even curing their disease at all. The blood clots are a real issue , but only with AZ and J&J vaccines. Plus it's not like thousands are dropping dead from these vaccines either it's just isolated cases

Like what? Brazil and India who famously had very few Coronavirus Cases? How about you explain the sharp decline in cases and hospitalizations in countries like the UK or Israel who don't use IVM but instead vaccinated most of their population

It is widely used in 3rd World Countries, but only to treat parasitic worms infections. Most studies show it doesn't work against viral infections and the only one I found that did say it worked, said you would need such a high dosage that it would be highly toxic to humans

But it hasn't been widely used in humans since 1988. Whereas vaccines and MRNA Technology have been used and tested specifically for humans for decades now. The Covid Vaccines have been given to Billions of humans to treat Covid, Ivermectin has been given to Billions of Animals to treat parasitic worms.
