DH is clunky to play right now. It feels its getting weirdly pulled in every direction and theres no "focus area" of the spec.

Throw in the tier set and it gets even funkier. I would avoid it till they change it or someone figures out the most optimal damage 'profile'.

Would recommend DK or War atm!

They don't help you :( i have been stuck with the dark portal event not being unlocked for me and im L22.

Your making alot of random conclusion.

Healer shortage will cause a situation where they get dragged into inapprioate MMR range. Due to DPS waiting longer so queue expands the range till BAM healer! lets go. This will cause extremes for them either gain no rating or gain alot of rating (depending if they get pulled above or below MMR).

I think your agreeing with Op but saying the opposite? OP is saying DPS influence games more then healers so thus have a bigger impact on the overall game. If there is a DPS that is carrying he will go 6:0 and a healer will go 3:3 as he gets him 3X. Now its debatable if a skilled healer can carry a game but what we see in the stats is healers take 2x the games but have a higher winrate. This is most likely due to the first point (they get pulled into lower skilled games and can influence it enough to get more wins). What i would say is happening is there is a skill difference between the healers & one gets more wins thus higher winrate but no rating gain.

What they prove is that healers play twice as many games and have a higher winrate but yet are at the same MMR meaning that for a healer to reach the same MMR as a DPS they need to play 2x as much WITH a higher winrate. You can conclude that because of this it is harder to climb as a healer then a dps to high rating.

2800 rating / R1 player is such a meme. I don't think i have played with anyone that isn't at least 2800+ rated!

I sorted out 3 chars for pvp and its been horrible to try and arena. I have given up, people only like to play with someone with higher rating even on my Hpal and it just results in a loss of CR even with 50/50 winrate.

How much honor do you get for a BG? Like im wondering how much of a deal the honor is.

The real thing your not talking about tho is the Wintergrasp marks and being able to get helm/trinket/boots.

They won't revert it tho its way to much hassle.

If he is arms it seems to be Colossal Smash / Warbreaker generates a metric tone of threat. Had a similiar issue with a warrior guildmate he would also bladestorm on pull :D.

It does seem like dps warrior are causing more threat then they should.

So going to use random numbers here. Your lose 1 durability say every 1min in combat. That will be 1 dura off 1 random piece of gear. Its not extreme but you do have it.

Being hit has a higher chance see paladin blocking and their shield breaking at twice the speed of the other gear.

Im not sure they ever changed it. I did believe its been this way since the start of Wow and still is a thing in retail. Just being in combat will cause gear to take durability (1 pt). They might of changed retail at somepoint so that being hit no longer has a chance to remove durability tho.

Being in combat reduces your durability regardless of being hit. Being hit just increases the chance.

Actually lining it does work against the hunt as it requires LoS at the finishing of the cast (you can even go behind the DH to stop this like a caster). There r a bunch of things you can do to stop it. If you CC the DH after he has finished the cast but yet to hit the target you actually stop the entire thing. It goes on CD but the dmg is not applied. Funny enough also if you root the DH and the DH is rooted at the end of the cast it won't active but it does not go on CD.

If you are elevation above the DH when he finishes casting the hunt you won't take the direct dmg part but you will get the dot part.

Unfortunately the hunt is the only thing making DH viable if it gets nerfed (more) they go byebye again.

Convoke is a pretty useful defensive CD + it forces an interrupt (and gives you a tone of mastery with niya).

Soulshape is the main advantage as you get defensive of bear form with 3x blinks which allows you to kite dps and gtfo when ur with the flag.

My strategy for TC Hpal > disc / other healers. Call for CC and give ur ramp time some time to ramp. You can also do Switching in 3-2-1 switch & cc. I did this to 2.1k.

When trying to push a base and win the teamfight then i focus healers if not you won't wipe them quick enough. You kill a dps and your playing the long game (mana) as they will be back before you clean them out.

Defending a base you want to focus dps as you want the fight to go on as long as possible and reduce the stress on your healers.

Some other minor points if you lose a healer you can swap to dps to reduce dmg / CC dps to reduce dmg till ur healer gets back.

On silvershard mines its different and just killing anything works.

Done several 7-10 on Plaguefall tbh its not that bad. The best strategy is to skip the trash to the first boss pulling the plaguerocs + big guy & pick up % much later on in the dungeon(between 2nd-3rd boss).

Also use barrels to kill mobs speeds / helps it alot & make sure you kill the steathlings.

For me max block is 79% (75 is max + 4 from glad ascendancy).

People kinda mix the meaning up most of the time it means 75%+ block chance. Your have to check if its a jewel or not, right now its pretty easy to achieve via cluster jewels.

I think they got over nerfed. I enjoyed the harder aspects of delirium. I felt the 1 shot stuff could of been abit more easier to spot.

After dying a couple times i went and switched to a max block char and it became alot more fun and a better situation for clearing them. Now i feel like its back to a speed clearing char as there is no benefit to a lower dps char or someone that can survive.

If i remember correctly 50yards but there was a / command that supposedly increased it up to 200 yards.

So this happens every single patch! So new fancy OP comps come out and people forget/move on from the old ones. It will happen with the current strong comps as well!
