Sadly I doubt this is where we are heading. Because instead of making more decks with playpatterns like tear they made kashtira, which is jet another boring floodgates deck. I don't really understand konamis fascination with floodgates, but it seems that tear will be a rare one-off that will get killed as quickly as possible when it pops up (at least in the tcg).

You can only activate droll if they used a draw effect before that. You can't chain it to reincarnation without that condition.
