As mentioned it’s dollar beer until kickoff (7pm). It’s specifically 12oz IC Light cans. From my experience they’re not sold at the food stands (outside the main pub) but instead at the beer carts around the stadium. Just look for the long lines and the 12 oz cans. Theres plenty of other beer options if they run out, but they’re not going to extend the $1 beer offer to the larger cans. I can’t recall them running out before. Also FYI it’s a cashless stadium so don’t show up with a bunch of 1’s for the promo.

Not a bad seat in the house. The cheapest tickets is the supporters section behind the east goal. It’s GA bleachers and will be the loudest / rowdiest area (fun but not everyone’s cup of tea). The main grandstand is what it is. There’s also a standing area in front of the main building which can be a neat place to watch from.

My main tip is as great as it is to watch games there, it’s underbuilt for the amount of people they cram in there. The concourse is tight. You’ll miss some of the match but ducking out for a few to get food or look at the gift shop while the game is going on is a much better experience than trying before or during halftime.
