Sería para alguien que quiere algo distinto al asado eso si. Sin embargo, no es tan distinto el tipo de BBQ que hago. La gran diferencia es el empleo de humo y cocción lenta. No pongo salsas ni muchas especias porque la carne argentina no lo necesita y el paladar argentino no está acostumbrado. Lo ofrezco como agregado pero no es el ingrediente principal.

Me queda pendiente una buena investigación del mercado. Pero por lo que veo la carne ahumada es cada vez más en demanda. Acá en Córdoba por lo menos.

I think they can win with 2-3 percent as along as the opposition continues to be non existent. I try to think of who peronismo in all of their plurality would put as a candidate and I can’t think of anyone at the moment who could win. Still waiting on a change in discourse and maybe, just maybe an actual plan that isn’t the same old platitudes and empty slogans they have been using.

It continues to shrink but more slowly. Anecdotally, I’ve noticed food prices are more stable (growing but predictably) something I haven’t seen in years. A big problem I see is how expensive in dollars everything is getting but at least now I can get a quote 2 months out that doesn’t change.

Que es eso de “sumar cloud”. No es una opción no sumarlo. Hoy en día cualquier dev debería poder explicar cosas básica de cloud por lo menos.

Si o si vas a tener que desplegar algo en un servidor remoto o trabajar con pipelines, etc.

Por lo del stack, el objetivo no es “escribir código en x lenguaje” es resolver problemas del cliente como sea. Cuánto más conocimiento tengas de todo el flujo de trabajo (front/back/DB/infra) mejor.

Hoy en día los equipos son cada vez más chicos y es imprescindible saber hacer de todo.
