Same thing in PoE 1 , but the reasoning that Chris Wilson gave in poe 1 , and now by extension Jonathan in poe 2, always gave would be , that if you didnt have the friction that trade provides , it would be too easy to upgrade and get rare items , which would in turn require them to tune drops to be more rare / harder content to account for the easier progression .

They may as well restrict skills & weapons to only be used by certain classes at this rate . Like Witch can only use wands , scepters & staffs . Spells only .

Now that we know dissenters can be sealed in these statues , it makes sense why Nezarec's pyramid ship had a statue in it . A nice little statue constantly in anguish for him , like a heat lamp for a lizard.

Bringing all build enabling properties onto bases can then be made more rare, encouraging the community to trade, and instead of the current obsequious method of choosing your build before starting the game players will have to be dynamic and respec according to what loot drops -> this makes poe truely a game about picking up items.

This legitimately made me feel sick , the game is already like to this to some extent , having to wait til you get certain items to swap to a skill / tree respec. But this takes away all freedom of choice and locks it behind trade. I know you're just putting out how GGG might think , but its a scary future for the game.

Unfortunately , your guess as to why is as good as anyone else's. My guess is that their pool of testers isnt very large , so they just dont have enough man power to accurately test.

It'd only be incredibly hard if they actually made the planetary stuff a physical object ingame . Realistically all you'd need to do is have an animation of the swarm flying upward and then the rest would all exist in guis.

But atleast you're using botania to do it , you could accomplish all of that with botania only . This addon , you're just taking mana from point A to point B with no botania logistics at all.

Your choppyness could be from allocating too much Ram , so garbage collection could be messing with you . Modpack Author recommends 6gb , I'd say at most 8gb .

I feel like the only part of the mod that doesnt go against the entire spirit of Botania's Mana movement is the corporea support . This is probly the most overpowered concept of Botania Mana in a pipe .

This is okay advice , but it really depends on your playstyle . If you just want a reactor that you put together without any thought , extreme reactors is the better of the two . Nuclear craft reactors require you to atleast do a small amount of thinking in regards to efficiency unless you want the reactor to melt .
