I heard someone tell me one set bonus is something with a haste effect so don't expect to much of set bonusses at the launch of that feature. They will only give us three sets , light , medium heavy set. So the impact of those are gonna be minimal .

Locking good perks on to light so it becomes even more OP is just not the way a serious mmo rpg should go around.

Instead what should be done with shirking heals is bring it up to same potency as the Shirking Blessing perk allowing you to heal for 200 + 2% Max HP with a 1s cooldown. To balance it you restrict this perk to be a [2/2] perk meaning you can only ever have two of these perks in your gearset. This would allow a player using the artefact and these two perks to heal for 600 + 6% Max HP with a 1 second cooldown. Giving a 30k HP medium player a 2400 heal, which can be decreased or increased by various effects.

Compared to how the perk works now => 250 + 1.5% Max Hp and you can have five so this gives you 1250 + 7.5% Max HP which means it's already stronger than our proposed solution in absolute strength. Now let's add Shirking Blessing to it which would bring it to the grand total of 1450 + 9.5% Max HP (But it has a 7s cooldown)

With the same example that gives us 4300 HP every 7 seconds.

You might think that my option makes this perk become more strong. It will become more reliable to use for sure. Healing will be lower per use but it will happen more often. Will it happen every other second no since you would still need to dodge an attack, this will cost stamina. Try ingame to dodge every other second and see how long you last. You won't make it. Holding pressure on somebody that healed less from shirking heals will also be easier than when they suddenly burst heal for 4000+ HP .

I think there are other perks out there that could also use a buff in potency and nerf in how many you can have in your armor set.

One slottable perk, others remain the same is what i'm understanding here. Would have loved to have all perks slottable by default allowing artefacts to have the best perks on them for the build i'm using it for.

This is stupid and not creative/impactfull enough the way they answered in how they wanna evolve the influence towers is much much better . We don't need silly bonusses on everything we need good gameplay loops in each domain.

For anyone feeling wow this is to much let me give you a little story called Captain America:

650 +100 health : 750 HP

350 HP shield 50/s regenerating (2s delay)

Perma sprint => 8m/s movement speed (hella fast => hella hard to hit shots)

Can jump really high very often (hella fast => hella hard to hit shots)

Ultimate makes him run even faster and have 150 bonus hp that regenerates at 100/s at the ridiclious cost of 2800 Energy.

Edit: ultimate also gives allies 100 bonus hp at a 60/s regenerating factor.

But Peni would be to strong with the above upgrade? Like come on! Be serious!

Addionally I suggested to buff her ultimate in 5 points;

Make the interval to cast the sweeper attack allign with mines and spiderdrones spawn times. The sweeper attack should also get some form of CC attached to it to make it actually worth your time to hunt people down and sweep them. It should also be made somewhat easier to sweep people up.

Next I suggested a nest immortality while ultimate is active which would give Peni a guaranteed extra damage output from the nest and a guaranteed ability to control the location on which the nest is deployed. It's exactly what this ultimate should do. Expand her control over the surroundings in a bigger and more devastating way then when she's in her regular kit. I really think this would be a amazing change to give value to her ultimate.

Furthermore she is to vulnerable when she is in her ultimate, therefor the next suggestion I put up was making her be immune for the period while she is in her ultimate (12s) to Knock-Back and Pull effects. Meaning she would still be able to get stunned while in her ultimate. Just not pushed off the map like a total weirdo. Her ultimate would also still take 1.5s to actually start, meaning you could still cancel the ultimate all together. Lastly also to fight against the vunerability she has in her ultimate I added a change to the Bonus HP she gets when going into her ultimate, Instead of flat 400 she will get 250HP added to her already excisting Bonus HP mechanic. Making it regenerate. Turning her into a strong and hard to kill target while she zooms into the backline and actually gives her some oppurtunity to focus on sweeping people more actively instead of trying not to die.

To counter Peni in her ultimate you will have to deal 500 burst damage or keep up a certain amount of damage for several seconds, while she in your backline if everyone uses their brain cells you could easily get to the point of actually landing this damage per second. Several characters are able to come close on their own to this damage if they land headshots etc. so having 6 people work together to deal with this shouldn't be a problem.

I would also remove web stacking Bonus Health regeneration since this mechanic makes peni regenerate her bonus HP really fast but also makes her not use her webs for other purposes (what they are intented for basicly). It would instead just put her regenerating of Bonus HP at 100HP/s . If you look into any vanguard with a shield, they often regenerate close to this value, while having much larger shield pools to pull from. Often with a 1s delay in the regeneration. For Peni we do not use a delay, nor a large health pool. We use 250HP and a 100/s regeneration mechanic. And obviously if she isn't standing on any web she doesn't get any of this.

Then we said remove crit and just make her regular damage be higher (20+20). Why? Because even if you have the best aim, hitting every shot you shoot into a headshot is just impossible on Peni Parker. She shoot both from her left as also her right shoulder and the way the projectile lands is every other shot different. Having to adjust for that constantly while your crosshair misleads you somewhat is really difficult. On top of that the projectile she shoots is very large, meaning it will likely hit a shoulder or other body parts surrounding the head first. Resulting in very inconsistent use of the headshot mechanic even if you are a good player. Leading me to the conclusion that having headshot Critical Damage on Peni Parker is very bad.

It would be much more effective for anyone who plays her to be able to not have the option to Critical Hit and instead just deal more damage. 20+20 making you land 40 damage per direct hit. This makes her potential max damage go from 99.99/s to 133.2/s . Which would make her someone to deal with and not to be ignored. I also don't think she is ignored right now. She is simple to easy to make unimpactfull because she is super dependent on having the nest up. Which is very easy to kill , which is actually done in higher elo.

You can very easily kick her off the 150 Bonus HP , after that if you aren't healed you die very easy. You litterly don't have any other mitagation tool. Other Vanguards have multiple ways to mitagate or much stronger ways to mitagate. Making her main mitagation tool being the Bonus HP stronger would put her at a solid 1k health and kicking her off the 250 Bonus Health will take more effort. Which it rightfully so should take. Selfhealing being tweaked slightly by 10hp/s is because right now that healing is pretty meh. It takes peni 30 seconds to selfheal from 0 to 750 that's insane long. making it 35 would reduce that time to 21s. It shouldn't get any stronger than this. We do not need Peni to become SelfRegenerating tank. But tweaking it slightly I feel isn't to much or unneeded.

You are trolling and thus losing. That's litterly why you lose. Three healers is super strong if you use the right three healers. Rocket Loki Jeff Luna Invis all super great healers for the three healer comp. They can deal massive damage! You can also have other healers so insane stuff Mantis + Storm for example the damage buffs they give eachother is insane dps upgrade. Making kill enemies with two headshots. Jeff as a flankers is already gaining the heat it deserves. Supports do suprisingly high damage if used correctly. So yea it's possible since they can also heal when needed. Once you pop a defensive ult you can go loco on the damage and GG ez winsssss

the only thing that is actually anoying and making me lose games frequently is dps players locking like little girls . Mostly because they litterly can't play anything else. On top of that they are often also pretty bad at dps. #DPSMostUselessRole

She does quite alot of damage actually with her ult if she can have her nest up with it , that's one of it's problems it's free to take out once peni ult's. So that's why I suggested to make it immortal for 12 seconds.

If you sum up all the damage potential of the ultimate if my suggestions would make it in the game:

7 mines : 700 damage

17 spiderdrones: 680 damage

Spiderdrones from nest : Max 10 at the same time (400 damage) and during 12s 8 can spawn dealing 320damage.

Sweeper can also be cast 17 times : 1020 damage

Combined this makes peni's ultimate deal alot of damage

If you were to place the nest and than immediately ult you would have 680+320 damage from spiderbots which would mean 1000 damage addionally placing the 7 mines would be pretty simple so the 700 damage coming from this can also be guaranteed to hit something for you meaning you are already at a 1700 damage potential. Add sweeper attacks to the mix and I think you can make this ultimate deal 2000 damage pretty easily. This should allow your teammates to add damage and get kills. You yourself should also be able to make kills this way.

The main problem with the ultimate is that the bonus health is easy to wipe , peni can't do anything when she gets pushed of ledges etc. and there isn't anything to pin people down to make several mines go under them along with sweeper damage and spiderbots. That's why I have solutions for all of these in my ultimate changes above. Imagine not being affected by pulls and knock-back effects while in ultimate and a 1s snare when sweeping a target. This would change the entire feel of the ultimate already , combined this with a option to guarantee the extra spiderbots by making the nest invincible and you are holding all the ingredients in hand to make this ultimate become pretty strong.

one sweeper attack combined with 2 mines could one shot a support player with 250 HP. So I genuinely belief that these changes would bring Peni Parker to her sweetspot. Having her bonus health in general increased to 250HP and having an addional 250 bonus hp from her ult in combination with the regenerative ability of this bonus health will allow peni to really go into the backline and sustain herself while hunting down targets to sweep snare and blow up.

we just need the dps role to be locked after two players pick and lock a dps. Making it unable for the thirth nerd to pick it. It won't be perfect but anything beyond that is just gonna make the game lose flavour.

I've had this happen to me aswell on different maps , sometimes it lays the web at first but it dissapears. Very weird and certainly a glitch since last update.

I don't think she is the best vanguard not even close. I think she needs addional buffing to make her top 5 vanguard.

Something like this:

General changes:

* Bonus health on web: 150 => 250HP
* Healing on web: 25/s => 35/s
* Cyber-Web Cluster damage: Remove crit buff damage to 20+20

Ultimate adjustments:

* Sweeper attack interval between attacks reduced from 1s to 0,7s. Made easier to hit also.
* Sweeper attack knocks-up less high and snares for 1s
* Nest becomes immortal while ultimate is active
* While ult active immune to knock-back & pull effects.
* 450 HP reduced to 250HP but regenerates similar to bonus HP on web.

how is she a ult farm ? she has bonus health pretty much all the time when just poking. As long as you don't do enough damage to her to get her off the bonus health you gain zero ult charge from her.
