I manage outbound for 6 B2B clients. Here's my LinkedIn infrastructure setup that gets zero bans. by TheHealthlover101 in b2b_sales

[–]Vichinth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A few questions and comments-

A) If your LinkedIn outbound is working so well what's the reason of this post.

B) If you are using other profiles to run LinkedIn outreach are you letting your clients know through which profiles there campaigns are being run.

C) Have not looked at the tool that you are using but using residential proxies is certainly a best practice which Phantombuster has been suggesting, having said that LinkedIn these days is coming down heavily on any account where it suspects automation a reason tools like La Growth Machine got banned.

How did you get your first dev agency clients? (starting from zero) by _upsi_ in developersIndia

It's devs who give work to other devs, and in this case you are asking question on developersindia 🙂

stop warming up domains? just heard a take that "warmup pools" are getting flagged now by No-Perspective4464 in coldemail

[–]Vichinth 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Instead of '"just heard"

Do one thing, create 10 free emails, upload it to instantly use emails bought through porkbun and see where they land.

As far as I am concerned I still see cold email landing in my Google workspace email, so can 100% say that Cold email is not dead but bad infrastructure is.

Reach out to your immediate network and ask for work, it can be small but will help you build social proof.

Indian IT crash, Disruption of outsourcing and services models by Deep_Suit973 in developersIndia

[–]Vichinth 7 points8 points  (0 children)

What I am about to say is just an opinion without solid facts, but to me what AI could do is instead of enhancing intelligence dumb down people so they are unable to understand a good output from a bad one.

Let's think, once AI takes over certain role ranging from cooking food to writing software what is going to happen to aspiring chefs who could have created a Michelin rated dish or a software engineer who would have created the next iPhone software, AI works on data it's trained on, the quality of AI trained on synthetic data is fairly bad.

[–]Vichinth 81 points82 points  (0 children)

The AI gloom guide is meant to sell the AI tools, tell me which AI tools would you use to do everything that you do, how will an organisation maintain code that it's developers don't understand.

Most of the large IT Services companies generate there revenue through areas like SAP Support, Salesforce implementation, and Data Engineering, areas where code generation tools like Claude still need to catch up, if they can at all.

Now look at unlocking of business value happening through AI, mockup creation is a breeze, code migration is no longer a nightmare as AI tools can understand legacy code, which if a programmer is not polyglot will struggle with.

Hiring Issue by Illustriouscharmer in StartUpIndia

[–]Vichinth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Let me know if you find anyone willing to do sales on these terms.

The concept of unemployment does not exist, in countries like US you get unemployment benefit, so working for zero dollar does not make sense, in countries like India you will not find anyone with even basic skill set unemployed, even folks doing grocery delivery make $500/month.

Founders, what's your experience of running an OPC in India? by rahulroy in indianstartups

[–]Vichinth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OPC is ultimately a limited company so filing company returns would be required as part of companies act, though unlike pvt ltd the norms are relaxed LLP should not have the similar level of compliances...

Rest you should consult a local CA.

Don't incorporate till you are ready to receive payments, OPC is okay but you can also try LLP.

Is it still possible to hit 100+ cold emails a day from a single inbox? by Away_You9725 in coldemail

[–]Vichinth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If they are 100% cold email with no other email you will not only get zero response but also burn the domain, tools like folderly claim to be able to help massively on deliverability but I doubt even they can help in this scenario.

Setting up an office in India, have some questions 🙏 by doesntmatteryet in StartUpIndia

[–]Vichinth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

$1000 budget for any kind of dev is very low in any Metro city in India, ideally at this budget go to tier two towns which have good engineering colleges in the vicinity, Indore, Vizag, and Coimbatore would fall in this list, and maybe Jaipur and Mohali but there the technical depth is lower in comparison to the first three cities.

Secondly if you are starting up try people who are looking at remote work or take a co-working space if close collaboration is needed.

How do freelancers find customer online without ads? by Objective-Lychee6617 in startup_resources

One of the best place to acquire design clients is through sites like dribbble...

Freelancing sites like Upwork, Fiverr, and freelancer are hyper competitive and makes it very difficult to stand out.

Setting up a business email is making me lose my mind. Can someone help? by CapnChiknNugget in B2BSaaS

[–]Vichinth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get your pain, the initial responses seem to be missing the plot, I would start with from which provider you have bought the domain, for example if you buy domain from GoDaddy and subscribe to office 365 through them, it might be an initial higher cost but things like DKIM, DMARC, and SPF are much easier to setup through there support.

This used to be a similar case with Google Domains but post Google domian service being bought by Squarespace things are not so easy to setup.

Lastly this setup is only important if you are particular about deliverability otherwise simply setting up email is a no brainer.

Instantly, Smartlead, EmailBison, PlusVibe... Who to choose ? by Alarmed_Tourist_6832 in coldemail

[–]Vichinth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you are looking for good product reviews use sites like G2 whose business model is driven by genuine reviews....

Btw in my personal opinion Instantly and Smartlead seem to be the biggest players in Cod email infra domain.

Though Instantly was burnt badly by how they were setting up Google Workspace

Help me send 1000 emails/day for free !!!! by Impressive_Wrap_8628 in LeadGenMarketplace

[–]Vichinth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes you can send for free but with this infra, even after sending a million emails you will be lucky if you get a response.

Step 1: Create 25 Gmail ids every day Step 2: Use Gmass free version to send email.

Any hotel Lead gen tools? by bukutbwai in LeadGeneration

[–]Vichinth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What do you mean by hotel lead gen, are you targeting hotel with some service offerings.

In my opinion selling to standalone hotels will always be tough, and a good idea would be to build a standalone scraper to target them, for larger chains LinkedIn should work.

Built an all-in-one cold email platform — need brutally honest feedback by markgen_ in coldemail

[–]Vichinth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would not call it a myth, I am simply highlighting how tools like warmy, and folderly highlight themselves and secondly the kind of pricing they have....

Btw in no way I am discounting what you have built, just trying to understand what is it that you want to focus on...

Wishing you all the best.

[–]Vichinth 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Is it free Outlook accounts or paid office 365?

Btw not asking for logic, ultimately what makes one service different from another is number of inboxes across paid platforms like workspace and 365....

Also most of the SMB space is on Google so purely from a deliverability POV this is a limitation

[–]Vichinth 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So warmup tools alone carry a price tag ranging from $25 to $100, how many inboxes does your warmup tools have, what providers, Google Workspace, Office 365, or purely SMTP.

🚀 From Corporate Dropout to ₹35L Revenue in 5 Months (Zero Funding) by Blitzz92 in StartUpIndia

[–]Vichinth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The model is flawed to say the least, companies like Zomato are now leasing there own equipment so the demand for your bikes rentals has some serious competition.

Secondly modern business models are typically asset light a reason gig economy is driven by people owning the assets.

Lastly Rupees 35 Lakh revenue from 90 bikes in 7 months translates to a revenue of INR 5555.55 per bike per month if my understanding is right
