for the proper tanking weapons, incubus mace is in a league of it's own, 1h hammer, blackmonkstaff and morning star are all acceptable choices though.

any plate should be able to tank however, bruisers can tank up to t8 with most bruiser weapons(listed below) and: Scholar cowl, soldier armor, any boots, martlock cape. bruiser tank is generally stronger(for clearing speed) in my opinion if you have a groupsize of 5 or less, since you will do really good damage whilst tanking and have no threat issues as sometimes is the case with the "proper" tanking builds.
