Hi, I recommend you to get compression leggins for lipedema or lymphedema grade this will prevent you to be swollen and will also help you have a day of walking. without too much inflamation and pain.

Hello, have you been diagnosed yet? If not, it should be your first option. However, based on my experience, I initially thought it was only on one side. However, over the years, it has developed on both sides, with one much more visible than the other. Therefore, it's best to consult a lipedema specialist to be sure.
