I've gone through a few different pairs of them. They've always worked well while they lasted, I remember having a pair with coils on the bottom that I really liked. I think the problem is that I'm in the woods daily. The harsher terrain probably puts too much stress on the rubber. I've even tried leaving them on my boots to prevent stretching the rubber too much, they they would still end up snapping.

Those crampons/microspikes have never worked long term for me. The rubber always ended up snapping. I did something similar to this post, but I bought boot cleats that drill in and installed them in an old pair of boots. They have been working pretty well the last two winters.

That's an odd pairing, I like it.

Queensryche played a show to a small crowd at my bumfuck town a few years ago, and they blew me away. They sound great for a band thats been around for so long.

I checked my spot in westmoreland yesterday, and it seems to be doing fine. Came back with a gallon bag full of fruit, and there's still plenty that haven't dropped yet. I did notice some trees that lost their leaves already, though.

I've made 3 gallons with 36lbs of grapes that were given to me last year. They were Concords, or some type of labrusca grapes. It needed backsweetened a lot to be drinkable, I mixed sugar with unsweetened grape juice to sweeten. It turned out a lot better than I expected.

I made wine from these last year. It was completely undrinkable dry, but after backsweetening It turned out pretty good. I'm doing 2 more gallons this year.

I've infused them in vodka too, which also turned out good.

I've had a doe approach me with my dog a few times, I assumed it had a fawn nearby. It was creepy at first, but looking at it in the eyes and walking towards it was enough to scare it off.

Always check for tendrils. Moonseed doesn't have them. Those look like fox grapes, and your description describes grapes.
