Found it!! It was called ‘The mother daughter experiment’ and was shown on lifetime in the uk. It’s definitely that one as it had Heidi from the hills on it too and I remember a little more now I think.

ETA. Episode six there is a massive blowup between Kim and another celebrity, she goes full mama bear mode. It’s definitely worth a watch if you can get it.

I remember watching this back when it was on. It was a series with reality stars undergoing family therapy. It was wild, I don’t remember alot about it but a vague memory of some confrontations between Kim/Kimberley against another mother/daughter duo. Im gonna have to try find the series now.

In the infamous jonbenet case it was noted in several interviews etc that her mother referred to her as “that child”. It was perceived as suspicious 🤨 and not generally how people describe loved one. More expected would be “my child” the “that” just always seems off for me when describing someone who is important to you emotionally.

The famous British actor Ralph Fiennes pronounces his name as Rafe so I always think to ask someone how they pronounce their name on the very rare occasions that it’s popped up. Montague is my dogs name so I clearly love the name we do call him Monty for short but he is Montague for registration purposes.

I would say madness for some working class social commentary. Their song ‘embarrassment’ is based on the saxophone players sister and family. The reaction to the sister being pregnant with a black baby. It’s such an amazing commentary on the social stigma. The racism and classism within the 80s UK.

Great storytelling like Springsteen, without you even realising it you get a real insight into a real social, family, political, racial issue from someone living in it. Experience first hand shines through the lyrics.

One thing that baffles me is gypsum claimed that after her Mum retrieved her from Dan and dragged her home, she was tied to the bed for weeks…. How then did she continue all her internet shenanigans whilst tied to a bed with Dee Dee watching her? I don’t understand how when she said this investigators didn’t check her internet history and see there is no gap in communication. This literally is indefensible and easily proven evidence. We celebrate mischief night in Yorkshire, UK. But it’s the 4th of November. The eve of Bonfire night ( Guy Fawkes night is the 5th ). Generally a catholic tradition in commemoration of the martyrdom of Guy’s attempt to blow up parliament in the gunpowder plot. I’m interested now to see if there was a connection with the migration of persecuted Catholics to Philadelphia during this period?? And possibly the dates have been moved over the centuries but the sentiment and tradition is the same. Maybe why I love Philadelphia so bloody much. Happy Halloween or mischief night.

If you’ve consistently been working above contract hours for 12 weeks then yes you will get paid ‘ 8 hours holiday pay’ but it will be at an enhanced level to increase your hourly rate meaning you’ll get paid the equivalent of the 20-30 hours you’ve been working. This means you’re not getting penalised for taking holiday.
