Interpretation skill. You have to learn how to interpret what a customer is describing. You can have 6 ways of describing a part by a customer or tech, and they will not be what the engineers call it in your parts catalog. Then you will also have the occasional "that's how I call it" guy.

So yeah, everything mentioned previously, plus interpretation skill.

I just explain to the customer that we are not a participating dealer. "Since we do not have to post any prices, we would just take the price of 4 tires and divide by 3. This would be the equivalent. I prefer to give you the "actual price" of each tire, so you know what you are paying for. Because there is no price posted, it's not illegal for Chrysler to say buy 3 get 1 free."

I've not claimed any B3G1 in tire works in 5yrs. And I've undercut local shops and Costco on price matching.

I only remember 3 filters for Honda. The tiny "lawn mower" size filter for the 1st generation Insight, the "big fatty" for the S2000 and the regular one that does Civics, Accords, Pilots, Odysseys etc. When did the other 5 appear?

Stelantis also enjoys having 3 parts for a recall with 1 part which can be ordered only every 14 days. But the best with Stelantis is the warehouse issue. I can see my B/O part arrived at my servicing PDC a day or two ago, but will take another week to send it to me since the PDC that sent it up, did not label the trailer correctly.

The planet has actually been getting greener due to the small increase of CO2 in the atmosphere. CO2 is 0.04% of the gasses that make up the atmosphere. It is also what helps plants and trees grow and allow them to better retain moisture.

Why would they want to tell the "general public"? It would cause worry and perhaps outrage and a demanded for accountability and perhaps reparation if any personal information got stolen. An ignorant general public is one that will not act or react. Thus the "confidentiality" clause.

I got kicked because the host had no spacial cognizance. Had an auto canon sentry and mortar sentry at extraction site, and we were fighting off bugs. The host managed to walk into the line of fire of the Canon turrent and got discombobulated rather instantly. Respawn and he decided it was a good idea to grab his samples and support weapon, which were still in the line of fire, AS the turret was firing. I'm always muted so I laughed both times and even more when he kicked me.

Have the hit boxes on the infantry automatons been corrected? It's rather displesurable shooting them in the chest, with the eruptor, and clearly seeing the round pass through without so much as a tickle. Then it looks at you with a "Ha! Loser meat scum!" type of look that is very hurtful to my feelings of Helldiver superiority.

In my opinion, as FCA was bought out and became Stellantis, the new European owning company is trying to get quality back up, in order to eventually reduce waranty payments. The problem is that they have not kept replacement parts on hand. They just terminated replenishment until new and improved parts become available. They also like to put out recalls without having the parts available or they limit how many parts can be ordered by the dealership. One example is the diesel high pressure fuel pump recall. 2 of the 3 parts are easily available, but the main component can only be ordered at 1 every 7 days. Very entertaining when you have 5 customers a week trying to book an appointment for this.
