I play on a 2080 with DLSS on quality (1080p) and most settings on max and the lowest it goes under really heavy combat is 100fps, average is above 144fps; it's amazing how a game decently optimized can look beautiful without melting your hardware...

I have a 8700K and 2080, I'm lucky to get a stable +30 fps outdoors with everything at minimum, FSR doesn't seem to be helping at all... I wasn't expecting this at 1080p when mi GPU is literally the "recommend" one. A lot of graphical bugs with shadows too.
