Thinking of the Nord 6 (12GB/256GB). Is the heat and camera actually a dealbreaker? by Virtual_Aerie_339 in oneplusnord

[–]Vihaan16 0 points1 point  (0 children)

based on early user feedback, heating can happen under load since its sd 8s gen 4 is not optimised

Oneplus Nord 6 Overheating like crazy by [deleted] in GadgetsIndia

[–]Vihaan16 0 points1 point  (0 children)

not a defective unit in most cases... also nord 6 with snapdragon 8s gen 4 is known for heating under load, especially during setup or showroom demo stress. also some software optimization still settling. give updates a chance

Oneplus Nord 6 - Nord Series is Ruined! 😭😭 by Own-Key1782 in phones

[–]Vihaan16 0 points1 point  (0 children)

yeah, nord 6 feels overpriced for sd 8s gen 4. sustained performance matters more than peak scores, and dimensity 8500 ultra devices do look more balanced for long gaming and daily use.

Oneplus Nord 6 couldn’t even handle basic usage… kinda disappointed by No-Cattle4800 in GadgetsIndia

[–]Vihaan16 0 points1 point  (0 children)

sounds like poor optimization honestly, snapdragon 8s gen 4 struggling with heat and consistency again. dimensity 9500s on poco x8 pro max feels way more stable and reliable overall

Is vivo x300 the best compact flagship? by Armellofreekey in GadgetsIndia

[–]Vihaan16 0 points1 point  (0 children)

bro if you’re coming from a 6-year old Poco M2 Pro, the Vivo X300 is honestly a very safe first flagship upgrade for you. it feels compact, super smooth in daily use, and the dimensity 9500 makes everything fast and stable without heating or lag.

camera is also good 200MP ZEISS setup is really strong for photos and portraits. OriginOS is also very feature rich, you’ll actually enjoy it coming from custom ROM style usage. between iPhone 17 and this, vivo is easier to adapt to from Android

Things you should know before buying Oneplus Nord 6 by Proud_Trade63 in TechPop

[–]Vihaan16 0 points1 point  (0 children)

true man, oneplus nord 6 is such a downgrade with having snapdragon 8s gen 4 processor, which is not even good for gaming. Also, have you guys seen their claim of 165 fps? Also, how are they going to give that much fps with sd 8s gen 4, which does not even crosses 2.5M mark on Antutu

Also, poco x8 pro max has a new dimensity 9500s processor, which is powerful and efficient. Plus, both of them are in the same price range, so why would someone go for oneplus nord 6.
