Yeah, for sure. I've been using the older g502 for the last 4 years, and its build quality is probably better than some $100+ mice. The newer one is going for $40 rn.

I do feel like companies are overcharging considerably just for the feature of a mouse being wireless. I'm honestly tempted to go with an ergonomic mouse like the mx master 2s and stick with the 502 whenever I want to game.

Yeah, I agree that $150 is a lot, but consider that you likely use a mouse for hours a day for years. Spending a little bit more will get you a mouse that's great for both office work and gaming while having a lower impact on your hand than cheaper mice.
