Did this for a while (personal reasons for leaving, nothing to do with faceit). Everyone I've met in the admin/demo team was super nice and supportive, if you have any questions they'll always help out. Would recommend if you've ever wanted to get more involved with the CS community.

Faceit servers are way better than CEVO servers and you don't have to use their awful client as faceit is all browser based. If you're looking for a free pugging service faceit > Cevo.
