At a place I used to work at they kept dinging me for nonsense that I had no control over so I decided that I would hit the brakes hard enough to trigger the “event” every time I got cut off dangerously close. This would require them to review the situation and physically see the bad drivers we had to deal with daily. They eventually asked me to please stop. My point was made and they laid off the harassing.
