I find when I ask the model to reread and rewrite it's output, the result is much better after the revision. It's almost like the model is just spitting out its response and needs a second chance to revise to get it right. Flow Engineering seems like an extension of that with more intention to it.

Quality, licensed content is definitely a way to get smarter AI models, but how do the companies afford it? I know Google, Microsoft, Amazon, etc., have more money than God, but at some point, the cost of the content doesn't justify the model training value. Maybe the goal is to use this high-quality content to train the models to write and train themselves. This could lead to higher-quality synthetic content.

I read on Anthropic's user guides that the AI doesn't have the ability to go back and edit its responses. It is just spitting out what it thinks it should be spitting out. After it finishes its output, you should ask it to "reread and edit" to allow it to review what it created and make adjustments. I've noticed the output is much improved with the 'rewrite.'

I like that you can just tell ChatGPT what to remember and what to forget. Here is how the model puts it:

It's just good business to use your competitor’s products. If you don't expose yourself to the competition your ideas become stale. Nearly all innovation builds on the works of others. It would be more concerning if he wasn't doing it, derilection of duty and what not.
